Hi, I'm Yulia Iris
A certified Usui Reiki Master, intuitive energy practitioner, and creative guide.
Working with my hands has always been how I process and express emotion. Even before I could name it, I turned to creativity when I felt overwhelmed or needed clarity. It was my way of staying connected to myself.
During a ten-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat, I felt a clear and powerful knowing: I was meant to heal with my hands. Before I could truly step into that calling, I needed to turn inward and tend to my own healing.
As I moved through my own pain and reconnected with my body, that knowing became something I could actually live. It shifted from an idea into something real, something I could offer.
I approach each session intuitively. When I place my hands, I listen. Sometimes what comes is clear, sometimes subtle. It may be a sensation, an image, a small shift in the body or expression. I follow what is there and attune to where the energy is asking to move or be witnessed. Sessions can be profound. They often bring forward patterns or beliefs that are ready to be felt, expressed, and released.
To me, this is an ongoing process of reconnecting with yourself and reclaiming the parts that may have been pushed aside. I stay committed to that process in my own life. I am supported by psychotherapy, craniosacral therapy, ceremonial work, creative practice, and connection with fellow Reiki Masters. These help me stay grounded and present, and allow me to trust the intuitive guidance that moves through each session. I am also currently pursuing a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy at CIIS, on the path toward becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), deepening my ability to support others in a relational and holistic way.
Reiki, for me, is more than a modality. It is a way of being. A way of listening, of returning to presence, and of meeting others where they are. Through this work, I support each person in reconnecting with their own vitality, creativity, and inner truth.
It is an honor to do this work. I would be glad to walk alongside you in your healing process.
