Hi, I'm Yulia Iris

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master, intuitive energy practitioner, and graduate student in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy (CIIS).

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we slow down enough to listen. Through years of meditation, creative practice, personal healing, and energy work, I have learned to pay attention to what is often difficult to put into words.

Clients often come to me during times of transition, overwhelm, grief, or uncertainty. I offer a grounded and compassionate space where insight, healing, and reconnection can unfold at their own pace.

Before entering the healing arts, I worked as an engineer and software developer. That background cultivated a deep appreciation for the analytical mind and its important role alongside intuition. My own journey has shown me the value of bringing intellect, intuition, and embodied experience into greater harmony.

My Approach

I approach each session with curiosity, presence, and deep listening.

When I place my hands, I listen. Sometimes what emerges is clear, sometimes subtle. It may appear as a sensation, image, emotion, memory, or a gentle shift in the body. Rather than directing the experience, I follow what is present and attune to what may be asking for attention, movement, or witness.

At times, observations, insights, or questions naturally arise during a session. When they feel supportive, I may share them as invitations for reflection rather than interpretations.

Every session is unique. I trust each person’s process and honor the wisdom of their own experience as it unfolds in its own way and timing.

Credentials & Training

My work is informed by training as a Usui Reiki Master through Soul of Yoga Institute, a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embody Lab, and graduate studies in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).

Alongside these formal studies, I maintain a creative practice through drawing, painting, and ceramics. You can view some of my artwork here. Making art has become one of the ways I continue learning about embodiment, creativity, healing, and what it means to be human.

I offer Reiki sessions in private practice and have also shared Reiki in community settings, including yin yoga experiences at Soul of Yoga. Across both individual and group settings, I intend to create a space where people can slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.

A Way of Being

Reiki, for me, is more than a modality. It is a way of being.

A way of listening. A way of returning to presence. A way of meeting people where they are.

Through this work, I support others in reconnecting with their vitality, creativity, intuition, and inner wisdom.

It is an honor to do this work, and I would be grateful to walk alongside you on your healing journey
